How does the VOLUNTEER signup work?

Clubs can create Volunteer Roles in the ADMIN tool.   (CURLING CLUB ADMIN->VOLUNTEER ROLES).

ROLE TYPES

Member Type Volunteer Role: this is a broad/general roles like "Board Member". 

Game Type Volunteer Role:  this is something you can schedule in the GAMES screen.  Some clubs may use it to assign a team specific duties at their game time.  (ex. Clean Ice, Bartender, Bring Snacks)

Signup Type Volunteer Role: this type allows you to create detailed signup roles for your event.  When selected, you can create specific roles and lock the role from signup after you have enough people signed up.   (ex. Winter Bonspiel   roles: Bartender - 2 needed.    Door Greeter - 5 needed, etc)

Members can then go to MEMBER HOME->MEMBER INFORMATION-> MY VOLUNTEER INTERESTS to indicate what they want to volunteer for.

Administrators can pull volunteer reports for each role by going (CURLING CLUB ADMIN->VOLUNTEERS) in the admin tool.
